CONTINGENCY SEARCH


This is a conditional agreement between Clapland and our client(s). It is based on a previously agreed upon amount, that is paid once the chosen candidate has been hired by your firm. Armed with the necessary requirements, we qualify top talent in their chosen fields, to fill your current need(s).


The success of this search is best fostered by the open and honest communication between Clapland and our client(s). This includes the employer willingly explaining the job requirements, as well as providing honest, thorough and efficient feedback on the candidate(s) presented. 


RETAINED SEARCH


A retained search allows our clients to experience a more thorough and dedicated search. The commitment our client(s) show in the search process, by paying an upfront percentage of the placement fee, fosters a higher level of commitment in our recruitment team to the success of these searches.


This is customarily a more comprehensive search and is usually performed when a company finds themselves with a vacancy in a critical, specialised or senior level position, or when an organisation wishes to upgrade their talent pool. Companies often lack the time and/or resources to conduct thorough and concentrated searches.  This is when clients engage Clapland to perform an in-depth search on their behalf. 

CONTRACT SOLUTIONS


Contract solutions provide clients with the opportunity to engage the talent they need on a project basis, rather than on a permanent basis.
